Becoming Whole
Forgiveness is on my mind today for I am preparing to reach out to one who has, over years, hurt me deeply.
Forgiveness is on my mind today for I am preparing to reach out to one who has, over years, hurt me deeply.
I’ve got an early morning appointment today so my focus has been on showering, dressing, breakfasting, grabbing my harp and heading out the door.
I played for two hours in a mall last evening—at a hospital-sponsored Go Red for Women event meant to educate women of the importance of becoming more tuned in to their bodies, and most especially, to their hearts.
I was extended a novel invitation yesterday—committing to the process of befriending my Self, of accepting and celebrating all the parts that are me, of openly showing love for and kindness to my Self, as I would a treasured friend.
Starting today, and the15th day of every month, I invite you to write a letter of thanks to someone you care about, someone who has made your life sweeter.
