Lessons from Mother Nature
Mother Nature had her way with us over the weekend and two days this week, dumping many feet of snow, engaging her howling winds, setting the lowest of temperatures.
Mother Nature had her way with us over the weekend and two days this week, dumping many feet of snow, engaging her howling winds, setting the lowest of temperatures.
The weather reports are alarming—more snow. A lot more. And ice and blustery winds.
Today, a Navajo chant:
The mountains, I become part of it,
The herbs, the fir tree, I become part of it
The morning mists, the clouds, the gathering waters,
I become part of it.
The wilderness, the dew drops, the pollen
I become part of it.
May you connect with nature today and feel, with your heart and mind and body, your profound connection to all living things.
Enjoy your day!
