A course of study I’m engaged in has asked that I journal about shame—my shame.
Last night, before an audience of about a hundred, I spoke about coming home—finding the reason for your being.
I’ve been following a modified vegan diet for a week now—modified by my eating fish every so often.
Laid up with the flu all day yesterday, I wound up watching a lot of tv—mostly back-to-back episodes of the exceedingly depressing, “Hoarders: Buried Alive” show.
