Commitment
I did it—I bought myself a treadmill, made an appointment with a local yoga teacher, and let my slim, trim husband know that as good as his cooking is, from here on out, I’ll be taking charge of my meals. Yep, I’m ready, willing and even a tad excited, to do whatever I need to do to shed this spread for once and for all!
