Perseverance
I need to take better care of myself. I need to exercise more, to eat more healthfully, to return to meditating, and to have more fun. This is not a new theme for me—I have a long history of putting my own needs last. The only difference is that I have come to appreciate the power of perseverance. Anything worth doing is worth working at—no matter how long it takes you to do it
“The difference between perseverance and obstinacy is that one comes from a strong will, and the other from a strong won’t. –Henry Ward Beecher
“The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places.” –Author Unknown
“When the world says, “Give up,” Hope whispers, “Try it one more time.” –Author Unknown
Keep working on what is important to you, even if it takes the rest of your life.
Enjoy your day!
