The individual work with Edie—so helpful--creating a round sound, brainstorming songs! Sharon Brown’s words on the value of our work— Ray Pool’s workshop on harmony, connecting with each patient—the mix of topics—self-care, caring for the patient, music and repertoire development, ethics, protocols—these are a few of my favorite things!

The “open door” feel during modules is great. I feel like we are able to take time to answer questions and focus on each of us as individuals.

A lot of things to think about and learning so very much and will go home with my brand new outlook of people and myself.

I really appreciated that you said there is no one right way to play—that each patient and each situation is unique. And that during our internships, we should try the different techniques we’re learning and pay close attention to the responses we receive.
