What better way to start 2015 than to take our 8 week, 9 session mindfulness-based stress reduction course, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn!  Since 1979 thousands of people have completed this 8-week, 9 session course.  Mindfulness is a meditative process that quiets the mind and releases physical distress.  Through mindfulness you can experience greater vitality and well-being, right now—in the present moment.
